Diagnostics lets an administrator measure, from the Web UI, where a slow ToBeAlert deployment is losing time. One click runs a set of timed probes on the server — the real alert queries with their execution plans, table and index health, PostgreSQL settings, connections, cache and transactions, Redis, the Celery workers, the alert ingest pipeline, recent notifications, disk space, clock skew and the backend process — and returns a report with a verdict per probe, the thresholds it was judged against, the raw details, and a one-line summary that names the likely bottleneck.
