Tools are custom scripts you register in ToBeAlert to enrich alerts, call external systems, or apply logic that goes beyond field modifiers. You define tools under Tools → Tools, edit them in the full-page tool editor, then run them manually from the Alerts dashboard or attach them to Policies and Workflows for automatic execution.
